We offer Fedex shipping, ground 2 - 4 business days.
We ship within Canada to all provinces, except for Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. Product purchases and shipping for Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba, can only be done through Summit Salon.
Returns
We want you to absolutely love your new extensions! If for any reason they don’t work, we’ve got your back.
Condition: Extensions must be in their original, unworn condition. We can't accept returns if they’ve been installed, styled, colored, or cut.
Color Swap: Need a different color? We're here to help you find the perfect match.
Easy Return Process: Contact our customer service at hello@ponyhair.ca for a return shipping label. Place the extensions back in their original packaging and send them to us.
Refunds: After inspecting your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Important Notes:
- Sale items and custom orders are final sale.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Follow the care instructions to extend the life of your extensions.
- For manufacturing defects, send the extensions back for assessment and we’ll make it right.
