How many packs are needed for a full head application?
We recommend 2 packs on average for a full head application on fine- medium hair types. 1 pack for just a volume application and 3+ packs for our thick haired pals or those needing corrective work.
How do I care for my weft at home?
♥ these shiny locks accept sulphate-free shampoo only. (ask your stylist for their fave pony friendly recommendation)
♥ gently brush through your new mane each night, working your way from the bottom up.
♥ pretty please with a cherry on top protect your new gal with heat protectant before hot tools (use this on your own hairs while you’re at it!?)
♥ treat the seam of your weft with ultimate care (she’s delicate). Blow dry the seam of the weft when wet.
♥ apply a pea-sized amount of hair oil to your weft each night, running it through mid lengths to ends.
♥ for best results we recommend: tieing your mane in loose braids before sleeping.
♥ treat you and your hairs, to the silk or satin pillow case you deserve!

We offer Fedex shipping, ground 2 - 4 business days.
We ship within Canada to all provinces, except for Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. Product purchases and shipping for Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba, can only be done through Summit Salon.
Returns
Policy
We want you to absolutely love your new extensions! If for any reason they don’t work, we’ve got your back.
Here’s the lowdown:
- Condition:
To qualify for a return, make sure your extensions are in their
original, unworn condition. Since hair is a hygenic product We can’t
accept returns if they’ve been installed , styled, colored, or snipped.
- Color Swap: Want to swap colors? No problem! We’re happy to help you find the perfect match.
- Easy Peasy Process:
Simply fill out the form below and we’ll provide you with a return
shipping label. Pop the extensions back in their original packaging, and
send them our way.
- Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to
the original payment method. This usually takes about 5-7 business days.
A Few Tidbits:
- Sale items and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- To extend the longevity of your extensions, please meticulously follow the care instructions provided.
- If there’s a manufacturing defect, please send them back for our team to assess and we’ll make it right.
