Here’s the lowdown:

  • Condition: To qualify for a return, make sure your extensions are in their original, unworn condition. Since hair is a hygenic product We can’t accept returns if they’ve been installed , styled, colored, or snipped.

  • Color Swap: Want to swap colors? No problem! We’re happy to help you find the perfect match.

  • Easy Peasy Process: Simply fill out the form below and we’ll provide you with a return shipping label. Pop the extensions back in their original packaging, and send them our way.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. This usually takes about 5-7 business days.

 

A Few Tidbits:

  • Sale items and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • To extend the longevity of your extensions, please meticulously follow the care instructions provided.

  • If there’s a manufacturing defect, please send them back for our team to assess and we’ll make it right.
